In the interest of public health and in accordance with the direction of the Governor of the State of  Utah, as well as recommendations from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) effective March 16, Desert Star Theater is TEMPORARILY suspending all performances for the length of time currently recommended by the CDC.

What can the Ticket Voucher be used for?

Any future shows, except New Year’s Eve. It will be valid for an admission, regardless of future ticket prices.

Does it expire?

It does not and is fully transferable to friends or family.

How can I verify the voucher has been issued?

If you’ve created an online account, you can log in and see it under My Passes/Gift Certificates.

Enter the email address you’ve given us

Select “Reset PW and Email Instructions” (The green button)

Once you create a login, you can see them under My Passes/Gift Certificates.

You can also see any upcoming performances, print your tickets, and more.

I don’t remember which email I’ve used/I haven’t given you an email.

Just email boxoffice@desertstar.biz with the name and phone number you’ve used and we will confirm your information. But please be patient, our staff is limited.

When are you going to reopen?

As soon as we can! The safety for our crew and our patrons is our top priority, so we need to wait to make sure we have the all clear from the experts.
