Fresh Salads

Garden Salad – Fresh iceberg lettuce, spring mix & cabbage blend.

Spinach Salad – Fresh spinach, red onions & radish sprouts.

Caesar Salad – Fresh chopped romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, croutons and a drizzle of Caesar dressing.

Roasted Potato Salad – Fresh sliced russet potatoes, celery, scallions, egg, seasonings and herbs in a creamy sour cream and mayonnaise dressing.

Aunt Mae’s Cole Slaw – Shredded white and red cabbage with carrots tossed in our own sweet and tangy salad dressing.

Mixed Vegetable Milan – Fresh cut carrots, zucchini, cauliflower, with mixed herbs, tossed in olive oil and butter.

Saulito Bean Medley – Cut green beans, yellow beans, carrot strips, red beans, peas, baby lima beans, seasonings, butter.

Roasted Baby Bakers – Roasted mini bake potatoes mixed with parsley, garlic, butter and topped with scallions and a light sour cream sauce.

Mashed Potatoes – Real mashed potatoes with a garlic and grilled onion brown sauce, topped with parsley.

New Orleans Rice – Rice, celery, garlic, onion, green bell pepper, mild Cajun season.

Silver bread stuffing – Seasoned pieces of bread, milk, butter, celery, onion, mushrooms, roasted red pepper, herbs and seasoning.

Cosenza Baked Macaroni and Cheese – Baked elbow macaroni in a creamy cheese sauce with four cheeses, scallions, and bacon.


Chicken Marsala – Slow roasted chicken breast with sweet marsala and mushroom sauce, topped with tarragon and parmesan cheese.

Tilapia Cagliari – Tilapia fillets lightly breaded with a gluten- free crust topped with sautéed bay shrimp and a lemon/caper sauce.

Slow Roasted Pulled Pork – Grilled, BBQ pork rubbed with our in-house seasoning rub and slow cooked for twelve hours, then hand pulled, topped with Dr. Pepper Bbq sauce and fried gluten-free onion straws.
